Every piece ships from Hawaiʻi Island with UPS, packed by hand and insured for its full value. Full details: Shipping, care & insurance.
Returns & breakage
If a piece arrives broken, email a photo of the piece and the box within 3 days of delivery and I'll make it right with a replacement, a similar piece, or a refund. Keep the packaging until we sort it out.
Because every piece is one of a kind, returns for other reasons are handled case by case. Commissions and digital downloads are final sale.
Care
Every piece is fine art for display. See how to care for your art.
Reduction-fired glazes vary by nature. Color shifts, speckles, and glaze breaking over edges are part of the piece, not defects.
Certificate of authenticity & no-AI pledge
Every piece from Rhett Parham comes with a signed, registered certificate of authenticity. The certificate carries a registry number that also appears on the piece beside the RWP mark, and can be checked in the certificate registry.
No AI is used to design or create any artwork in this gallery. Every piece is made entirely by hand.
Privacy
When you contact me or join the mailing list, I keep your name and email only to answer you and send the occasional studio note. I don't sell or share it. You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask me to delete your information, at rhett@rhettparham.com.
Payments are processed securely by our card processor. I never see or store your card number. With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and, if turned on, the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. See Cookies below.

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar storage:
- Necessary: remembering your cookie choice. These don't track you.
- Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics counts visits, pages viewed and "Buy now" clicks, so we can improve the gallery. IP addresses are anonymized.
- Marketing (only if you accept, and only if we run ads): the Meta Pixel measures whether our Facebook and Instagram ads work.
